At H-epik Services, we offer a specialized post-construction cleaning service, ideal for both residential and commercial spaces that have undergone remodeling, expansions, or new builds.
We understand that after construction, dust, debris, and general mess can hide the real results of all the hard work. Our team transforms those spaces into areas ready to live in, show, or deliver—with detailed and efficient cleaning.

This service is divided into three phases, each adapted to the stage of construction and the client’s needs:

1. PRELIMINARY CLEANING

Performed while construction activity is still ongoing or immediately after the heaviest work is done.
In this stage, we focus on removing large construction debris such as wood scraps, dried cement, protective plastic, cardboard, containers, and rubble. We also perform a rough sweep to begin clearing the area and make way for the next stages of work.

2. LIGHT CLEANING

Once most of the work is complete and finishing details are underway, we perform a more detailed cleaning.
This includes dust removal from surfaces, basic cleaning of windows, frames, outlets, doors, bathrooms, and initial attention to floors and walls. This phase prepares the space for the final deep cleaning.

3. FINAL DEEP CLEANING

This is the final and most detailed stage.
Here, we focus on leaving the space completely clean and move-in or delivery ready. We eliminate all traces of dust, polish surfaces, wash floors, clean interior and exterior windows, and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens. We pay special attention to corners, grout lines, vents, and any areas where dust tends to accumulate.
