Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms:

1. Notice Period

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may apply.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Availability for rescheduling will depend on our calendar openings.

4. Emergencies
We may waive fees in cases of verified emergencies or severe weather.
